This is a 1950s beauty with Lucite Handles, Gorgeous bead work, and a large velvet ebony flower.

Ida Julles began her company in 1923 in Vienna. This was a luxury brand in the mid-20th century that sold to high-end stores such as Saks and Bergdorf Goodman. There is a fantastic history of her and her company on the internet at JollesOriginal.com. Her photograph is the last picture.
